I like to read, write and talk about books, movies, podcasts, coffee and memes, among other things.

Currently, I am wrapping up my PhD at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. My thesis work is on theoretical and computational models that help understand why and how (some) materials form and deform.

Previously, I have worked freelance for clients in different sectors. My work involved writing, web and graphic design, audio and video content creation, editing and automating workflows. I’m also a self-taught amateur web designer.

Before that, I worked as an Analyst with the Risk Consulting practice at KPMG India and have had engagement experiences with clients in Logistics, e-commerce and Financial Services.
